Where are the prints made in?
All prints are made and packed in Singapore!
What does limited edition mean?
Limited edition simply means that there will only be a fixed amount of copies of the print, and once it is sold out, it will never be printed again. The edition size indicates the number of the respective print that exists. The edition number on each print is unique, and in our case of digital prints, does not indicate any difference in quality.
What is the quality of the print?
All of our paper prints (big and small) are printed on museum grade paper made from 100% cotton rag. The inks used are pigment-based inks which are certified, archival Canon Lucia Pro inks. This combination ensures longevity and vibrance of at least 25 years without fading.
SHIPPING FAQ
Where do you ship to?
Due to the size of some prints, currently we only ship to Singapore! Self pick-up is also available, by appointment only.
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery is $2 while self pick-up is free!
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We are only able to provide an estimate of when the item will be shipped, afterwhich you will receive a tracking number. You will be able to track the arrival date of your item based on the respective tracking number depending on the postal service used.
Typically, an order will be shipped within 7 days.
If there is a preorder item in your order, the entire order will be shipped together once the preorder item is ready to be shipped. Preorder items typically ships in 14 days. Shipping date will be indicated on the respective product page.
RETURNS FAQ
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please email sharon@paynk.space within 24 hours of placing the order. We will not be able to entertain requests after this time period.
I received the wrong items, what should I do?
In the rare case of the wrong items being shipped to you, please email sharon@paynk.space with your order number and a photo of the items which you received. We will sort it out for you.
How will the prints be packaged?
We prefer to ship our prints flat. Large prints will be protected by a plastic sleeve and securely sealed in a rigid cardboard mailing envelope. Small prints will be protected by heavy kraft paper and securely sealed in a rigid cardboard mailing envelope.
I received damaged prints, what should I do?
As extra efforts have been made to ensure that you receive your prints in perfect condition, cases of damaged prints is very rare. However, if that happened to be the case, please email sharon@paynk.space with images of the damaged print(s) and packaging along with your order number within 3 days of receiving your items. We will not be able to entertain cases past that time frame.
